How To Use CenoPDF

Posted By: Jean

For most Internet Marketer, an easy PDF tool is essential. This one is! Read my Review…

CenoPDF is a Microsoft add-in. It is a powerful tool which allows you to create and edit forms within a Microsoft Word® or Microsoft Publisher® document. Users can then save the document as a modifiable PDF. It is considered one of the best PDF form creators.

Here’s how to use it:

Step One: Download the software. You can find it on a number of sites.

Step Two: Once downloaded and installed your next step is to launch Microsoft Word. Once in MS Word you’ll see a CenoPDF menu and toolbar. Open a new Word document.

Step Three: What kind of form do you want? CenoPDF offers the following form fields:
* Text box
* Check box
* Radio button
* List box
* Combo box
* Push button
* Signature button
* Free text
* Link
* Markup
* Note
* Square or circle

Step Four: Place your cursor where you want a table or form to be. Using the CenoPDF menu click on “Insert Table.” Create the size table you want and label the areas where information would be placed. For example, if you’re looking for a simple signature form your table might look like this:

Name:

Signature:

Step Five: Move your cursor where your visitor may be typing and click on “Add text box” in your CenoPDF menu.

Step Six: A box labeled text box properties will pop up. Format the properties of the cell by following the guides on the menu. You’ll then have to drag that created cell into the text box on your document.

Step Seven: The next step is to export the document as a PDF and save the file. This is done by choosing Export from the CenoPDF menu. Follow the steps as you’re guided through the process. It’s a simple and straightforward procedure which operates like any menu guided Microsoft program. CenoPDF also offers a comprehensive user guide to answer any questions.

Once your document has been created, exported, and saved you will see a message telling you the process has been successful. Now you can open it and work with it using Adobe Reader. Congratulations!
